  • Cristian Vogel has announced a new compilation called Classics Remastered 1993-1998, due out on May 13th. The new collection comes after last year's comprehensive reissue campaign, which saw five of Vogel's '90s albums remastered and reissued digitally (the result of a crowdfunding campaign.) Now select cuts from those remastered editions are getting a new, physical life care of Sub Rosa, who will put out Classics on double LP and CD. The retrospective rounds up 23 tracks from Vogel's mid-'90s streak, including selections from Beginning To Understand, Absolute Time, All Music Has Come To An End, Body Mapping, Specific Moments, Busca Invisibles and the Conscious Arrays EP. (It also includes the alternative version of "Around" first released last year, and a Jamie Lidell remix of "Don't Take More.") Though the past year has seen Vogel look to the past, he's remained as busy as ever, which includes releasing the RA Recommended 2014 album Polyphonic Beings. Tracklist Disc 1 01.
