Shackleton, Rrose to play Mapping Festival

  • Mapping Festival will take place across multiple venues in Geneva from April 28th to May 8th. The ten-day festival encompasses installation art, film, club nights and live performance. Its headquarters is Le Commun contemporary art centre, which will open on the evening of Thursday the 28th with a show of five installations around the theme of immersion. Other highlights include a night of audiovisual shows at the Alhambra Theatre, which includes Kode9 performing Nøtel, a piece that's conceptually tied to his latest album, Nothing, with visuals by Lawrence Lek. There will be three club nights at the Zoo (l'Usine), with lineups that include Shackleton, Rrose, Douglas Greed, Deadbeat, Orphx, Rabih Beaini and Call Super.
