IR BCN hosts Ellum, Trip, Detroit Love at El Poble Espanyol in June

- The Barcelona promoter has seven shows planned across the complex with the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Maceo Plex, Nina Kraviz and DJ Koze.
- Barcelona promoter IR BCN has outlined this year's El Poble Espanyol programme in full, with seven afternoon-into-evening sessions planned between June 15th and 19th. The seasoned party outfit will make use of two spaces within the sprawling outdoor complex: El Monasterio and Plaza Mayor. The former will host five of the events, starting with an Ellum Audio showcase on Wednesday featuring Maceo Plex, Danny Daze and Agents Of Time, who will play live. Thursday belongs to Carl Craig's Detroit Love party, with additional slots for Derrick May, Kevin Saunderson, Matthew Dear, Moritz Von Oswald and Robert Hood as Floorplan. People Like Us will take over on Friday, welcoming live sets from Guti, KiNK, Premiesku and Schwarzmann, AKA Henrik Schwarz and Âme. The schedule will expand across Saturday and Sunday, with two events running simultaneously on both days. Plaza Mayor, the bigger of the two venues, has Ricardo Villalobos, Sonja Moonear, Craig Richards and a live set from Cobblestone Jazz on the Saturday, before Maceo Plex returns for Mosaic on Sunday, joined by Sven Väth, DJ Koze, Roman Flügel and Stephan Bodzin. DJ Koze will also head up a Pampa showcase at El Monasterio on Saturday (Axel Boman, Isolée), while Nina Kraviz's Trip label handles the Sunday, with Kraviz lining up alongside Bjarki, Deniro, Maayan Nidam, Nikita Zabelin and PTU.
