- Mike Servito and Gunnar Haslam are on remix duty.
Honey Soundsystem's label is back for 2016.
The imprint from the long-time San Francisco crew and party has had a sporadic schedule over the years, most recently relaunching last year with a pair of EPs from two of its residents. Now, according to Juno Plus, it's back with the first release of 2016, a track from New York producer and one-time music journalist Justin Cudmore.
The label describes the acid-flecked "Crystal" as "raw, rough and ready to rumble," and it comes backed with remixes from New York staples Mike Servito and Gunnar Haslam. Check out clips below.
Honey Soundsystem are a long-running queer party and DJ crew who were foundational in creating America's new gay techno underground, which we recently profiled in an in-depth feature.
