Adam Shelton, PBR Streetgang play Dancing For Despo fundraiser in Leeds

- The Back To Basics crew will take over Studio 24 next month for the final party in honour of former DJ Duncan Michael Wilson, with all proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
- Leeds party crew Back To Basics will host the third and final Dancing For Despo fundraiser on Saturday, April 9th. A close friend of founder Dave Beer and co., DJ Despo, AKA Duncan Michael Wilson, died after losing his battle with cancer in March 2013 at the age of 33. Back To Basics have hosted a fundraiser in his memory every year since, though next month's event at Studio 24 will be the last. Joining residents Tristan Da Cunha, Frenchy, James Holroyd and Beer will be Crazy P's Danielle Moore, PBR Streetgang and One Records boss Adam Shelton. The theme is "Tracksuit party." Tickets are only available on the door, with all proceeds going to Macmillan Cancer Support. If you can't attend but would still like to donate, you can do so here.
