  • Tadd Mullinix, AKA JTC, will release two new albums on his Bopside label this spring. It's shaping up to be another prolific year for Mullinix. In 2015 he dropped a Bopside LP as Charles Manier, as well as a full-length collaboration with D'Marc Cantu as 2AM/FM. Skein represents the Michigan producer's first material as Mullinix since the 2002 album Panes for Ghostly, and comprises "three long-form experimental electro-acoustic compositions," two of which clock in around 15 minutes long. That one comes out in late April. In June, Mullinix returns to the dancefloor with an eight-tracker as JTC. The self-titled effort includes a remix from DMX Krew.
