  • Oliver Ho will start a label called Death & Leisure with a 7-inch from his own Broken English Club this spring. Best known as Raudive, Ho has been pursuing increasingly experimental electronic forms as of late, while letting a deeper art and literature influence set in. As Broken English Club he's worked with Silent Servant's Jealous God as well as Veronica Vasicka's Cititrax. The latter released Broken English Club's debut album, Suburban Hunting, last year. Juno Plus spoke with Ho about his new imprint, and he described Death & Leisure as a place where "absurdist melodrama meets vile electronics." Ho went on to say Death & Leisure will "push inward and outward to embrace experimental industrial music in different forms," starting off with the Broken English record, which is called Myths Of Steel And Concrete. The label has also announced plans to release material from Zov Zov, Ho's duo with Tommy Gillard. Records from Years Of Denial and the experimental metal group Blackmoon 1348 are on the way too.
