- The 14-hour techno session returns to the city's Plaza Mayor on March 5th.
Freedom Medellín 2016 will take place on Saturday, March 5th, at Plaza Mayor Medellin.
Colombia's second city has a burgeoning techno scene, which is reflected in the lineup for this year's edition of the one-day festival. More than 25 DJs will be split across four stages, with slots for international stars like Joseph Capriati, Zenker Brothers, Eddie Fowlkes, Zadig, Ambivalent, Antigone, Marko Nastic, Eduardo de la Calle, Julian Jeweil, Alexi Delano, A Sagittariun and Vril, who will play live. A bunch of local names have also been booked, including Figueroa & Obando, A Square and Medellín favourite Merino. Doors will run from midday through 4 AM.
