More acts have joined the bill for this year's Sónar Festival, taking place in Barcelona from June 16th through 18th.
French electronic music icon Jean-Michel Jarre has been confirmed along with the likes of James Blake, Flume, Kelela, Roots Manuva, Bob Moses, David August (playing with a live band) and Howling, while Laurent Garnier and Four Tet will both play seven-hour sets.
Other additions include Nozinja, Stormzy, Jackmaster, John Talabot, Boys Noize, The Martinez Brothers, Mano Le Tough, Red Axes, Tuff City Kids and Magic Mountain High. There will also be a Raster-Noton showcase at the festival, with Alva Noto, Byetone and Cyclo (AKA Carsten Nicolai and Ryoji Ikeda) all confirmed.
These names join the likes of New Order, Kenny Dope, Matias Aguayo, The Black Madonna, Congo Natty, Skepta, Kode9 and Fatboy Slim on the Sónar lineup.
