- Both producers are nominated for British Male Solo Artist.
The nominees for this year's Brit Awards have been revealed, with a few electronic acts sprinkled among them.
The award show, which will air on February 24th, celebrates British talent from all genres. Among the various nominations revealed today are Aphex Twin and Jamie xx, both of whom are competing for the category British Male Solo Artist, according to Pitchfork. (The latter's In Colour album is also nominated for the Mastercard British Album Of The Year.)
In the international categories, Björk has been nominated for International Female Solo Artist, while Diplo's Major Lazer group are vying for the International Group award.
