Voiski will headline a Dance Your Name party in Mexico City this Saturday.
The Parisian producer and DJ has drawn acclaim for his tough yet evocative style of techno. Labels like L.I.E.S. and Construct Re-Form have put out his tracks, and recently he landed on Delsin with his Breaths Written Outside Gloom EP, which earned high marks in an RA review. On the collaborations front, he teamed with Crysta Patterson earlier in the year to release a Kartei LP through Field Records—and intriguingly, and he's also joining up with Vril for live gigs under the name Vrilski. (They'll play in Berlin at Berghain's X-mas Klubnacht next month.)
In Mexico City, Dance Your Name has Voiski booked for a live set at La Jugada. Also playing live at this one is AAAA, a well-regarded local techno and electro purveyor who earned praise for the set he played at MUTEK.MX alongside Tin Man as Tin MAAAAn. Campuzano and Royk complete the lineup.
A couple of weeks later, on December 12th, Dance Your Name will also host Créme Organization's DJ TLR.
