- A large lineup will play the new San Francisco venue's Scary Party this Saturday.
Groove Armada is set to headline Scary Party at The Midway on October 31st.
This is the first Halloween event at the new venue, located in San Francisco's Dopatch neighborhood. Accordingly, they've brought in some marquee names. Groove Armada, the UK duo made up of Andy Cato and Tom Findlay, will play their first Bay Area show in five years—this past July, the pair submitted a back-to-basics entry into the Little Black Book series. For his part, Seth Troxler just released a DJ-Kicks mix—he's also booked for his first appearance at The Midway on the 31st. Crosstown Rebels affiliate Subb-an and a raft of established local jocks, including Sunset Sound System co-founder Galen, Anthony Mansfield and Dax Lee (who is putting on the event), complete the lineup.
