- The quartet will release a self-titled album via Exit Records later this month.
dBridge, Kid Drama, Consequence and Joe Seven have joined forces as The Binary Collective.
The new project was reportedly conceived in the Exit Records studio Rosie's Box, and was written entirely on hardware. The four producers started by improvising live and "pushing the machines as far as they could go," in an effort to illustrate "a future where corporations control all our personal information."
Joe Seven and Consequence have both released their experimental drum & bass via dBridge's Exit Records, which is also handling The Binary Collective. And you might better recognize Kid Drama as one half of Instra:mental, and, more recently, Jon Convex. (He also just released an IDM-influenced album under the name Mikarma.)
