D.KO parties with Mr Beatnick and Harvey Sutherland

- The French label will take over La Rotonde and Rex Club this month.
- D.KO Records has revealed details of its next two parties in Paris. Originally known as a party collective, D.KO made a name for itself in the French capital throwing events at a variety of venues and bars. They started a record label in December 2013 with Coeur d'Artichaut, a compilation EP that featured Mad Rey's "Quartier Sex." The label is currently readying its sixth release—another compilation EP dedicated to Parisian venue Le Malibu. D.KO will host two label showcases this month. On May 2nd, they'll take over La Rotonde from 4 PM through 5 AM, with L Rey and Mézigue billed for a hip-hop set, while Gabriel and Micky P will spin for five hours. On May 28th, D.KO will throw its first label night at Rex Club, inviting London producer Mr Beatnick and MCDE artist Harvey Sutherland to share the decks with label artists Flabaire and Mézigue.
