- The new disc collects (and edits) material from the duo's recently-founded No Ware label.
Atom TM and Material Object will celebrate one year of their No Ware label with a new mix CD on May 27th.
The duo first announced their collaboration—and the new imprint—last year, when they came out with the Early Reflections album under the No. Inc. banner. In the time since, their label has dropped releases from Jacek Sienkiewicz and lesser-known artists like Mr. Projective, Raw-C and DJ335.
No. I, which is No Ware's first CD, gathers together highlights from those releases into a continuous mix with a slightly unconventional twist: "each of the tracks has been edited, overdubbed and mixed into one evolving soundscape, departing significantly from the originally released material," according to the label.
