  • Alfresco Family Festival will take place on Sunday, May 24th at Blackpool Cricket Club. Alfresco is one of a handful of family-friendly electronic events on the UK circuit, with entertainment for kids and adults of all ages. A small pool of live acts and DJs have been confirmed, including headliners Edan & Paten Locke, DFA's Shit Robot and Andrew Weatherall, who will be returning to the festival with his A Love From Outer Space concept alongside Sean Johnston. Chris Duckenfield, Ruf Dug, Tronik Youth, Craig Bratley and Hackney Colliery Band will also perform. The Family Tent will take care of the kid's entertainment, with eight hours of theatre workshops, singers, circus schools and a life-size baby T-Rex robot. Doors will run for 12 hours from 11 AM.
