- Robert Hood, Andy Stott and Gerd Janson will play the late January finale.
San Francisco institution Icee Hot will hold one last, marathon event at Public Works on January 24th.
Back in October, the party and label announced their impending conclusion, promising a weekend-long format not often attempted stateside. The lineup features a number of returning Icee Hot guests, including headliner Robert Hood, Running Back boss Gerd Janson and Joey Anderson. They'll also bring in members of Vancouver's Mood Hut collective, specifically the Pender Street Steppers and Hashman Deejay, for encore performances.
Future Times boss Maxmillion Dunbar guested on an Icee Hot night at NYC club Output recently and he'll also travel to SF for the final bash. Andy Stott will play a live set, with Kowton as the other UK artist on the bill. Anthony Parasole will bring tough New York techno to the lineup and Icee Hot label alum Contakt will also fly in from the Big Apple. Finally, SF favorites Jason Kendig and Jackie House of Honey Soundsystem are booked to play, as are Soo Wavey proprietors (and Icee Hot signees) Matrixxman and Vin Sol.
The party's resident organizers, Shawn Reynaldo, Low Limit, DJ Will and Ghosts On Tape will provide support over the long weekend.
