Berlin-based techno artist Refracted is starting his own label, Mind Express.
Refracted's deep, atmospheric productions have earned him appearances on Silent Season, Aconito, Connwax and other like-minded imprints over the past few years. His next endeavor is Mind Express, a label devoted exclusively to his own efforts, which he describes as "vehicle for the mind" that will show "a different side of my sound." Its first transmission is a vinyl-only EP titled Mind Express 001. Neel has taken care of mastering (he did the same for Refracted's Silent Season record), and it's scheduled for a March release.
