  • Melvin Oliphant's Nation has announced the imminent release The Doomsday Initiative Parts 1 and 2. The label describes The Doomsday Initiative as a conceptual series imagining a soundtrack for the end of the world, and true to Nation form, the two EPs come from acidic American duos. 2 AM/FM, made up of D'Marc Cantu and Tadd Mullinix (AKA James T. Cotton), returns to the label for the first time since their 2007 split with ViLLan X. The group has also worked with Spectral Sound and M>O>S> Recordings and recently hinted at a forthcoming album. Rounding out the four horsemen are Ron Morelli and Steve Summers, whose Two Dogs In A House project is responsible for The Doomsday Initiative Part Two. We haven't heard from the Two Dogs since their Eliminator EP for L.I.E.S. back in 2012. Since then, both artists have left Brooklyn for Europe. Tracklist 2 AM/FM - The Doomsday Initiative Part 1 01. Beyond Instinct 02. Save Face 03. Omnibus Two Dogs In A House - The Doomsday Initiative Part 2 01. Sequence 1 02. Sequence 2 03. Sequence 3 Nation will release The Doomsday Initiative Part 1 and Part 2 soon.
