  • Derrick Carter is set to tour Australia over the New Year's period. The enduring Chicago house purveyor's second trip to the country for 2014 will begin with a 'Derrick does disco' set at Mr Kim's in Adelaide on December 26th and an Auditree party at The TBC Club in Brisbane on the 27th. That'll be followed by a Habitat gig on the 28th at Stables Bar in Perth, where he'll share headline duties with Bulgarian live act KiNK. From there he pops over to New Zealand for an appearance at Rhythm and Vines 2014, which runs from December 29th through 31st at Waiohika Estate near Auckland. Returning to Australia on New Year's Day, Carter will spend the first afternoon of 2015 at Sydney's Greenwood Hotel for Space Ibiza's 25th Anniversary Tour—that one also features Funk D'Void, Oliver Koletzki and Balearic pioneer Alfredo. Later that night he heads down to New Guernica in Melbourne for another edition of The Selectors. Tickets to the Sydney show are available
