  • Soul Of Sydney will celebrate the 35th anniversary of 2ser on October 26th. As they often do, the local collective will be partying at a secret location to be announced on the day, with artists like Phil Toke, Meem, The Groove Dealers and Paris Groovescooter plus half a dozen others spinning from 1 PM. This time around the cause will be the 35-year milestone for Sydney community radio station 2ser, one of the city's top broadcasters for underground electronic, funk, soul and disco music. The station has been home to a number of popular, long-running shows like Back To Funk with Meem (now in its 33rd year), Down Low Disco with Lorna Clarkson, Jumping The Gap with Paris Pompor and Spiral Sounds with James Newman. The party coincides with 2ser's annual supporter drive, with funds from the day going towards supporting the station.
