Deepchild heads out on North American tour

- The Berlin-based Australian will hit American shores (including Hawaii) through the next few weeks.
- Deepchild is currently on a tour of North America. Australian Rick Bull has amassed a discography of glossy, sometimes darkly-tinted deep house for labels like Future Classic and Thoughtless, which released his latest album, Neukolln Burning. More recently, however, Bull has started a new radio podcast series called Diversions, meant to showcase the more experimental and exploratory ends of his taste. Ahead of a string of promised releases for the rest of the year, Bull will cross the Atlantic for a handful of dates. First up is Seattle this Friday, June 27th, for a Shameless party at Kremwerk, followed by a gig in Dallas the next evening at Sandaga 813. He'll head much further West for an Independence Day event at Asylum Afterhours on Honolulu on July 3rd, then land on the continent once again for two shows in Vancouver and Calgary (at VIVO and The HiFi Club, respectively). Finally, his tour will wrap on July 11th with an appearance at Manhattan's new Haus club . In both Seattle and Vancouver, Deepchild will be celebrating the release of new remixes—the first an edit of Codebase's "Down For The Count" on Shameless, and the second a rework of Tomas Jirku's "Deep Space House" on Innerflight Music.
