- The Canadian duo will play Berlin, Dubai, London and New York (among others) this spring.
Bob Moses have announced a new world tour, starting next week.
The Canadian duo—who met in Vancouver but now live in New York—have seen their stock steadily rise, finding acclaim for their smoky, R&B-infused deep house. They're part of Francis Harris' Scissor & Thread label (through which released their most substantial EP to date, Far From The Tree, late last year). Now, after working on more new material, the two are preparing for a new international itinerary that checks off a few landmarks in their career. (There's also a Domino logo on the full tour poster, though we're not sure what that might mean yet.)
First up is Rex Club in Paris on May 5th for a Scissor & Thread showcase, and from there they'll hit Watergate, Dubai's Groove On The Grass and Zukunft club in Zurich. They'll play at IMS in Ibiza on the 23rd, make their first-ever London appearance at Oval Space the night after, followed by Istanbul's Chill-Out Festival and a week's break. A journey to Moscow for a gig at Gipsy Bar on June 8th will wrap up their European travels.
Bob Moses will then head out on a North American leg, starting with a headlining show at Output in New York on June 20th, then passing through Miami and Philadelphia before wrapping it all up with appearances at Michigan's Electric Forest festival and Chicago's Wavefront.
