  • ARMA17 will shut its doors for good this month, signing off with a marathon party on the weekend of Saturday, April 26th. This is not the first time the Moscow venue has been forced from their home: in 2009 a fire destroyed the original ARMA17 venue, leading the promoters to the current space in the capital's Basmanny district. This time around, the move has been attributed to property developments in the area, with the nightspot set to be transformed into office space. To ensure they go out in style, the team behind ARMA17 have organised a 48-hour rave, running from Saturday night through Monday. A slew of past guests and party regulars have been booked to perform, with the likes of Silent Servant, Traxx, The Analogue Cops, Zip, Cabanne, Ivan Smagghe, Wbeeza, Bill Patrick, Wolf + Lamb and Rhadoo all confirmed. Support on the night will come from residents Abelle, Rayo, BVoice, Anrilov and Easy Changes. When asked by RA about finding a new venue, a representative from ARMA17 said: "We are absolutely sure we will do it, but it's a bit difficult to find the building which will suit us as perfectly as the current one. As a result, I don't know if we will open again this year."
