  • Uncanny Valley will launch a new sub-label, Rat Life Records, at the end of the month. Following the introduction of shtum in 2012, RLR will be the second imprint started by the Dresden crew. Maintaining a strong affinity with the east German city, the new label will aim to channel the "imperfect spirit of life in dirty raw dance music and its natural environment." Curated by UV regular Credit 00, the dance floor will be the label's central focus, "providing tools for a working DJ's night out in the wilderness." The first release sees Credit 00 and Dunkeltier (AKA Sneaker) rework a pair of uncredited disco tracks. Preview clips are currently available to stream over at the Uncanny Valley SoundCloud page. Tracklist 01. Pink Blunted (Credit 00 F*ck Up) 02. Disco Train (Dunkeltier Edit) Rat Life Records will release Rat 1 on January 31st, 2014.
