- Spy Bar has the Leftroom boss slotted in for a six-hour set this Friday.
London-based DJ and Leftroom label boss Matt Tolfrey will play an all-night set this Friday at Spy Bar in Chicago.
Tolfrey's appearance comes shortly after the release of his latest record on Leftroom, The Truth, a single featuring Marshall Jefferson that was pulled from his 2012 LP Word Of Mouth. He has played Spy Bar often over the years—he last appeared there back in May (and was also booked on the club's stage at Wavefront Festival in July). This time, he'll have the decks all to himself, from 10 PM to 4 AM.
This Windy City gig for Tolfrey comes on the back end of a brief Mexico and US tour. This Thursday, he'll play G-Life in Juarez, and then on Saturday he'll hit Detroit to DJ at TV Lounge.
