The American artist will hit the road in support of his new album starting next week.
Machinedrum will tour his new live set in North America starting November 15th.
The man born Travis Stewart is fresh off the release of Vapor City, his first album since 2011's lauded Room(s) and his subsequent signing to Ninja Tune. The record saw him continue playing with uptempo hybrid styles, but this time it was armed with a concept as well, meant to soundtrack a city Stewart imagined in his dreams. The live set is almost equally as elaborate, with complex projection visuals exploring the imaginary city soundtracked by live instrumentation from Stewart himself, along with drummer Lane Barrington. The tour also coincides with his relocation back to Brooklyn after a stint living in Berlin for a few years.
His latest North American journey kicks off on November 15th in Montreal, swinging through Boston, Austin, LA, San Francisco and Chicago. After a quick visit to Japan he'll fly back to play Denver, Victoria, Vancouver, and NYC. The tour will wrap up a few days later with final dates in Washington DC, Nashville, Atlanta and Miami.
