- The Get Physical chief will release a two-part compilation to commemorate a quarter century behind the decks.
DJ T. has revealed details of a compilation called 25 Years Of DJing-1988-2012, which comes out this week.
The 25-track selection brings together tracks from each of Thomas Koch's 25 years behind the decks, and most of the material has been edited by the Get Physical co-founder. 25 Years of DJing-1988-2012 Part I moves from the rave-tinged acid of Fast Eddie through to the dark and groovy tech house of Catz 'N Dogz. In between, he touches upon '90s house classics from Todd Terry and C-Rock, as well as more personal selections courtesy of Mr. Barth, Gary Martin and Technasia. The unmixed compilation will be accompanied by a continuous DJ mix of all the featured tracks. The second part of the series, which will follow the same concept, is scheduled for release at the end of September.
