The Beats In Space head tops the bill at a Standard Hotel rooftop soiree that will kick off this year's Zero Film Festival.
Tim Sweeney will fly to Los Angeles next Wednesday to play a party on the rooftop of the Standard Hotel.
The party will serve as the launch event for this year's Zero Film Festival, which focuses on self-financed filmmakers. Short films and art installations from current and former festival participants will be on display, to go with a music program likely to feature plenty of disco, house and electro. Joining Sweeney are two other DJs with connections to DFA: former label manager Justin Miller, who started up his own HAKT imprint late last year, and Woolfy. Local alternative rock band Warpaint is also confirmed for a DJ set.
Tickets to the Zero Launch Party are available here on RA.
