Tone Of Arc will release The Time Was Right on May 13th.
The project of Dead Seal's Derrick Boyd and Zoe Presnick, Tone of Arc first appeared last year with two singles on No. 19 Music. The tracks they've put out (and the performances they've played) have revealed a distinctly pop-oriented sound, looping vocals and guitar over melodic house beats. Their debut album continues exploring that territory, and is executive produced by Art Department's Jonny White. In addition to both sides of last year's "Goodbye Horses" single, the LP will feature nine brand new productions.
