  • Terrence Parker will make his way to Australia over the Christmas period to play four shows. A regular in the Detroit house music scene for more than 20 years, Parker was highly prolific in the studio throughout the first decade of his career, clocking up a sizeable catalogue which includes early releases on Studio !K7 and Octave One's 430 West imprint. His own label, Intangible Records & Soundworks, wound down in the early '00s after putting out records by the likes of Kenny Dixon Jr. and Stacy Kidd, but Parker has continued to work in the studio and as a DJ. His return trip to Australia will begin in Adelaide, with Sugar opening its doors on December 20th to welcome the seasoned Detroit jock. The next night he'll be at New Guernica in Melbourne, where locals Otologic and the Melbourne Deepcast DJs will support, before he heads to Brisbane on the 21st for a Lets Get Minimal party at Coniston Lane, also featuring Anna Sonnenburg and Robohan. His final show will be on Christmas day for a special Boom Boom show at a yet do be disclosed Sydney location, which kicks off at 9:00 PM. Tickets to the Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney shows are available here on RA.
