The T Room Sessions come to Prince Charles

- Genius of Time, Achterbahn D'Amour and Edward are among the artists lined up for the live internet radio show this November.
- Berlin's Prince Charles will host the latest season of the T Room Sessions, which returns from a break this Friday. The T Room Sessions, named for the now-defunct cafe that served as its original location, is a live program on Sweat Lodge Radio, a dance music-oriented internet radio station based in Berlin. Now in its third season, the Friday night show is both an opportunity for Berliners to kick off their weekend and a forum for broadcasting live DJ sets to an audience beyond the nightclub. At its new location, the T Room Sessions will kick off at 7:00 PM with dinner served at the bar and a warm-up DJ set. The broadcast itself starts at 8:00 PM and runs until midnight. Admission is free, and those who attend are invited to stay on for whatever else is happening at Prince Charles that night. While the show will run into the new year, so for it's only announced lineups for the next month. The season kicks off this Friday with Acid Test's Achterbahn D'Amour (including individual sets from the duo's Iron Curtis and Edit Piafra), Johannes Albert, Baaz and Monosoul. The November 9th edition will feature Kontra-Musik heavyweights Jonsson/Alter (the latter of whom will also play solo), along with Quell and Jona. The Slow Motion collective will take over on November 16th, with The Rimshooters, Massimiliano Pagliara, Fabrizio Mammarella, Franz Underwear and Fratelli Riviera. WHITE affiliate Edward will headline on November 23rd, with Peak & Swift, Marc Fm and Norman Methner also booked. The T Room Sessions will finish out the month on November 30th with Genius of Time (of our current label-of-the-month Aniara Recordings), BabyG, Peter Power of Loftus Hall and Elie Eidelman.
