  • UK promoter Arkitekt has commissioned Robert Dietz to helm its first mix compilation. Though working primarily out of London, Arkitekt has brought a who's-who of tech house DJs and label showcases to cities throughout the UK. Robert Dietz, a German DJ and producer with loads of international gigs and releases on labels like Cadenza and Running Back, should help to further establish the party's signature sound. Arkitekt 01 features two discs, which Dietz says "present two different insights into my musical repertoire." The first disc, featuring cuts from the likes of Markus Fix and Butane, showcases the clubbier side of Dietz's sound. Boo Williams, Dario Zenker and Adam Marshall feature on the second, which takes a more afterhours approach. It's both the first release for Arkitekt and the first commercial mix for Dietz.
