Cassy hits the States

- The Cocoon DJ will play a trifecta of dates in the US later this month.
- Cassy will play three nights in the US in late July. Once a resident at Berlin's famed Panoramabar (and the first DJ to mix its equally-renowned CD series), Cassy is now a world-touring DJ with Cocoon. Though she was initially known for a soulful, minimal-inflected house sound, lately her DJ sets have been leaning more towards techno, which can be witnessed on her new Cocoon Heroes mix CD released earlier this year. She'll return to the US for her first American dates since Movement festival in Detroit, starting in Boston on July 19th where she'll play the city's Naga venue. On the 20th she'll play Loft at The Warehouse in DC, where she'll be joined by a host of locals. Finally, she'll play an extended eight-hour afternoon-through-evening set on an undisclosed rooftop (location TBA) for an Elegant Mistakes party in New York City. Cassy will then resume a string of dates around Europe for the summer festival season.
