  • Revered UK DJ/producer Nic Fanciulli will play three gigs in Australia this weekend. Last year was the first since his Australian debut in 2005 that Fanciulli hasn't paid a visit to his fans down south. Since his last trip out in January 2010, the Saved Records boss has released a number of twelve-inches that feature collaborations with heavyweights like Stacey Pullen, Joris Voorn and DJ Rolando, while managing to maintain one of the busiest touring calendars in the business. Most recently he was approached to mix Balance 021, the latest in the Australian label's popular mix series, on which Fanciulli showcases both his ability as a DJ and his imprint's output across two discs. His return will begin at Melbourne's New Guernica on July 13th, where he will be joined by a lengthy local lineup featuring Phil K, Rollin Connection and Mish'Chief. The following evening Fanciulli will play a Musik Matters party at Goldfish in Sydney, before he heads to Perth on the 15th to play Habitat Garden Party at the Court Hotel which kicks off at 2:00 PM. Tickets to the Sydney show can be picked up here on RA.
