- The French electro producer's maiden full-length will be released on Boysnoize Records.
Strip Steve, real name Théo Pozoga, has finished work on his debut LP Micro Mega.
Born in Bordoeaux, Pozoga's peak-time electro aesthetic is very in much in line with the sound many of his French counterparts (Busy P, Justice, SebAstian) have spent the past few years exporting. Now based in Berlin, all but one of the producer's releases to date have come via Boysnoize Records, the imprint set to play host to his forthcoming full-length. As you might expect, the tracks across Micro Mega are bass- and synth-heavy, uptempo and aimed squarely at the dance floor. US house veteran Robert Owens has been enlisted to provide vocals on one track, as have LA-based duo Puro Instinct.
