Dustin Zahn and Raiz play Pool JAM in Piedmont

- The fourth of July pool party will help raise funds for a local child center.
- Minneapolis stalwart Dustin Zahn and LA's Raiz will play the July 4th Pool JAM in Piedmont (an independent city surrounded by Oakland) this Wednesday. Presented by the local Direct to Earth crew, the party will take place on the yards (and in the pool) at the century-old Grey Gables Estate mansion, and will serve as a fundraiser for Oakland's Lincoln Child Center, which helps at-risk children and families. Along with the aforementioned techno artists, some 20 other, mostly Bay Area-based artists are confirmed across three stages, including Max Gardner, Brian Knarfield and others from DTE. It's a 21+ event, and presale tickets are required for entry. Along with the fuzzy feeling that comes with supporting a good cause, attendees will have access to an open beer bar all afternoon.
