  • Italoboyz are ready to launch a new record label called Superfiction Recordings. Running a label has long been an ambition for Federico Marton and Marco Donato, who until now have released their material through the likes of Get Physical, Mothership and Moon Harbour. "Owning a record label and being in total control of your own music output is something that I have always wanted and have felt was always meant for me," says Donato. "It was just a matter of time, I guess. It came just now because I though we were not yet ready, however now that we are in the process of starting everything, I often think 'Ahhh, I wish I'd done this before...'" Donato says Superfiction will start out as a platform for club-oriented tracks by Italoboyz and their "partner in crime," Blind Minded, who also plays a creative role in the label, but over time will evolve into something more open-ended, both in terms of style and roster. Though nothing has been set in stone, future releases will likely come from Mikael Stavostrand, Luna City Express and Two Armadillos. There will be an events arm to the project as well, beginning with a launch party at London's Basing House in July. Tracklist 01. Giappa 02. Organanza 03. Organznza (Blind Minded Bact 2 the Future Remix)(Digital Only) 04. Giappa (John Dimas & Cosmic Cowboys Discophilia Remix) (Beatport Exclusive) Superfiction will release Episode #1 in July 2012.
