  • Future Music Festival Asia will take place for the first time in Kuala Lumpur on March 17th. A staple of the Australian festival circuit, the Future Music Festival has offered a diverse range of music to audiences there since it began in 2006. Past bookings have included everyone from Swedish House Mafia to Does It Offend You, Yeah? to Sven Vath and Dubfire. The bill for their first event in Malaysia is dominated by popular acts, including The Chemical Brothers, Pendulum, Grandmaster Flash and Australian electro-pop outfit Sneaky Sound System. DFA duo Holy Ghost! add a bit of disco flavour to the lineup. All of this will go down at Sepang International Circuit, which is better known for hosting the Formula One Malaysian Grand Prix and the Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix.
