  • Electric Pickle have revealed their hand for WMC 2012. By now the crown jewel of Electric Pickle is Get Lost, Crosstown Rebels' annual WMC hootenanny (which at the moment has a roll call that's nearly double the venue's capacity), but that should by no means overshadow the rest of the club's program. For this year's conference the intimate downtown spot has confirmed eight consecutive nights (and in some cases mornings and afternoons) of parties, beginning on Sunday, March 18th with a local legacy: Murk. Core members Oscar G and Ralph Falcon share the bill with a younger generation of Miami house artists, namely Lazaro Casanova and Hot Creations producer Danny Daze. The next two parties are hosted by London promoters: Half Baked and Another Party, who haven't revealed their lineup yet, and Air London, who have booked Simon Baker, Kate Simko, Matt Tolfrey and ten others. Detroit institution Planet E takes over the club that Wednesday. Carl Craig has booked himself alongside fellow Motor City staples Stacey Pullen, Seth Troxler and Kevin Saunderson, who will play live with Inner City, plus two friends from abroad: Paul Woolford and Cassy. Wolf + Lamb and Soul Clap, who have held a residency at the Pickle since last fall, swoop in the next night for The Marcy All Stars, a throw-back to their infamous home base in Brooklyn. The duos will play with a full cast of Wolf + Lamb artists, including Voices of Black, Night Plane, Deniz Kurtel, Slow Hands and Tanner Ross. Guy Gerber's Supplement Facts label takes the reigns that Friday night, with Maayan Nidam, Martin Buttrich, Bill Patrick, No Regular Play, Ryan Crosson, Shaun Reeves, Lee Curtiss, Ultrasone and more. Get Lost kicks off the next morning and runs until Saturday night. The week finishes up with the aptly titled Giant Throbbing Electric Pickle Invades Miami, featuring a gaggle of mostly unrelated DJs and live acts, including Guy Gerber, Tiger & Woods, Crazy P, Deetron, Solomun, Heidi and Shonky among others. Tickets to most parties at Electric Pickle are available here on RA.
