  • Dicky Trisco will headline Never Mind The Balearics at a floating venue on Sydney Harbour on February 18th. Dicky Trisco is a DJ, producer and the man behind edits label Disco Deviance which has hosted tracks by Eric Duncan, The Revenge, Onur Engin and regular collaborator Pete Herbert among others. While some of his past material as Dicky Trisco and Boogie Corporation has been released on labels like Redux and 2020 Vision, his recent output has generally been on his own range of imprints, such as Maxi Discs and Autodisco. The party next month will be Trisco's first Sydney appearance since 2009, and will also feature fellow disco editor Rocco Raimundo from Monaco and local DJ InnerWestSoul, who released his first 12-inch on Disco Deviance in May of this year. Residents Will Price and Pete Dot will be in attendance as well. The gig aims to take advantage of the Sydney summer weather and will take place at a secret harbour venue which includes a pool and kitchen serving food throughout the day. The whole thing gets started at 2:00 PM and wraps up at 10:00 PM. Tickets are available through RA.
