- Adrien de Maublanc and Joan Costes will release their next album in November.
Masomenos are ready to release their next full-length, entitled Technocolor.
By now the French duo have worked out a consistent routine for their albums: Adrien de Maublanc produces the tracks, and strings them together into a continuous mix, while Joan Costes, the duo's DJ, takes care of the cartoon characters on the sleeve, which are, according to a press release, "an integral part of the duo's existence." Technocolor is their fourth proper artist album, and comes a year after their last full-length, Balloons. It features guest appearances from like-minded artists such as dOP, Argenis Brito, Pier Bucci and the guitarist Curro Savoy. Like nearly all of their releases, it will come out on their own label, Welcome to Masomenos.
