- The producer's fifth album is set to be released in October on Soniculture.
Soniculture is the home to Billy Dalessandro's new full-length, Cracktime.
The record will be the longtime Chicago resident's fifth album, and he pays subtle tribute to the city's electronic music heritage by piling on plenty of 303 action throughout. Dalessandro has been producing for nearly a decade under his own name and monikers such as ADJective, Tyrone and Huge Hephner. The latter's sense of humor shines through on Cracktime, with track titles such as "Pull My Finger." The music here, however, is highly polished house and downtempo if the trailer clips on the producer's SoundCloud page are any indication.
