- The nu-disco producer will release his first album on Nang Records next month.
Lusty Zanzibar will release his first album, Find A Way, next month on Tirk sub-label Nang Records.
The London-based artist, real name Alex Cordiner, released his first solo EP for Nang earlier this month, after appearing on their two latest Nang Presents ... compilations and the Beach Disco Sessions last summer, on which he remixed Ichisan and Nakova Pionir. Cordiner has previously released solo EPs on Holistic Records under the moniker Z-Plan back in 1997, then debuted as Lusty Zanzibar in 2008 with For My Friends, an EP on Bear Funk. His debut LP, which he compiled over a year in a North Downs studio, features nine previously unreleased tracks and two selections from past records on Nang ("Feeling" and "Girls from Zanzibar"). It features vocals from Cordiner himself and guest vocalist Muneerah.
