Pangaea headlines LDN DC Party

- Hessle Audio co-founder Pangaea will play at the next LDN DC event on Saturday 28th May. After launching last month with Mosca and Manchester-based producer xxxy, LDN DC return with another blend of future bass and funky via Pangaea and Ill Blu. Perhaps the lesser known of the Hessle trio, playing the middle child between Ramadanman's prolific outcrop and Ben UFO's famed mixing skills, Pangaea's discography, though short, is a tribute to the experimentalist mindset the Hessle consort have been pushing under the ever-elusive guise of dubstep. Rinse FM jockey Ill Blu has been rising through the London funky ranks, with releases on Numbers and the respected Hyperdub imprint. His recent Melt EP marries his signature tribal percussion with dramatic grime synths and vocal stamps, much like fellow Rinse producer Roska. The party takes place at Basing House, and runs from 10:00 until 4:00. Tickets are available here on RA.
