- The 6th Borough Project Scotsman will lead the celebrations in London this weekend.
- London club night StayinUp will mark its first year with a birthday bash at Cargo on Saturday. The monthly party has welcomed Spencer Parker, Subb-An, Chris Carrier and Jozif in its first twelve months, which reflects the type of up-front house and tech house the night favours. Their first anniversary event will have a slight disco slant, with the appearance of Edinburgh's Craig Smith. The veteran DJ and producer has come to wider recognition over the last two years, thanks in part to his 6th Borough Project outfit with Graeme Clark, AKA The Revenge. Smith's dancefloor-ready combinations of disco, funk and other 4/4 sounds will be complemented by the driving house of Cecille's Negru, plus a raft of StayinUp regulars.
