Marcel Dettmann locks in Australian dates

- The Berghain resident will head to Perth, Sydney and Melbourne in September.
- The venues for Berlin-based DJ Marcel Dettmann's Australian debut in September have been finalised. Dettmann will be in Australia for just one weekend. He'll begin his mini-tour in Perth on September 17th, playing a Friday night set at Ambar for Democracy. Sydney and Melbourne will follow over the following two nights. The former will be taken care of by Disconnected, who have booked Dettmann for an extended four-hour set at Kings Cross's Plantation. The Melbourne leg comes courtesy of The Likes of You the following night, who will be hosting the East German native at Roxanne Parlour. Dettmann's upcoming tour has been one of the most anticipated of the year for Australian techno fans. As a DJ, Dettmann is regarded by many as one of the best in the business. At Berghain as well as international gigs, "muscular, yet skeletal, techno" has regularly been proven to be his weapon of choice, so expect plenty of it come September.
