Poker Flat comes to Rex

- Saturday, August 14th will see famed German imprint Poker Flat stage a label showcase at Paris venue Rex. Steve Bug's Poker Flat imprint reached a significant milestone last year: the arrival of their tenth year in dance music. The label has since released a key long-player from Irish producer Donnacha Costello, singles by Bug, Martin Landsky and Sven Tasnadi, and last week announced the imminent arrival of their latest compilation, Shaping The Elements, due out in September. Their party at Parisian nightspot Rex on August 14th will see Costello performing live renditions of tracks from Before We Say Goodbye whilst dipping into his extensive back catalogue. He'll be joined on the night by Poker Flat and German electronic music mainstays Märtini Brös, who will also chime in with a live show. Local favourite D'Julz, who himself released on the label back in 2007, will be playing a support role on the night.
