- Greco-Roman will release the eccentric artist's first album this August.
Scottish producer Drums Of Death will release his debut album, Generation Hexed, later this summer.
Hailing from the fishing village of Oban, Drums of Death, real name Colin Bailey, has had a rapid ascent over the past two years. After releasing his first 12-inch, Alex Waldron and Hot Chip's Joe Goddard signed him to their Greco-Roman label. Since then he's put out three more records, remixed Franz Ferdinand, Peaches and Late of the Pier and performed at clubs and festivals around the world, always in his signature black and white face paint.
Commenting on his new record, Bailey says, "This album represents a broader view of what I do. This is pop music on my terms..." To get an idea of what he means by that, head over to the official Drums of Death website, where a subscription to his newsletter will get you two versions of the track "Lonely Days."
