- Stil Vor Talent will release the German tech house duo's first full-length.
Later this month, Stil vor Talent will release the first full-length by Berlin-based duo Channel X, fittingly entitled The X Files.
Since 2007, Channel X have championed a no-nonsense, party-rocking sound that's made them a favorite at venues like Bar 25. As the duo prefer to play live rather than DJ, their own productions have always been at the heart of their performances, and The X Files mixes up the tracks that have been staples of their live shows since 2007, plus a raft of new additions to their repertoire. In addition to tried and tested tunes like "Against the Wall" and "Black Coffee," The X Files showcases new selections like "Monday," "Ticket" and "We Love the X," as well as their remix of Niko Schwind's "Fly," all woven together in the style of their live shows.
For anyone keen to mix with Channel X's new tunes, The X Files will be accompanied by two EPs featuring many of the album's previously unreleased tracks. The first will see release on May 17th, and the other will follow on June 17th. Both will be available on vinyl as well as mp3.
